Flywheelers Show Demonstration

Exhibitors -NO sales (includes Villagers and Rental Building Owners who are exhibiting)
    Facility Use Fee: $20 per show

Exhibitor Sellers
$15 per space + $20 facility use fee

Flea Market & Crafts
     $35 per show + $20 facility use fee -- inside space
     $45 per show + $20 facility use fee -- corner space

Reservations are made at the previous show in person for the prime locations. All other vendors are first come, first served. Do not send an email to the webmaster or call the caretakers as neither will be able to help you with your reservation.

Camp Sites:

Tent site per day $5 a day + admission fee $5 per person per day (very small site, no hookups)
Generator site per day $10 + admission fee $5 per person per day (no water hookup)
Camp site per day $20 + $5 admission per person per day
(elec hookup)

• Daily admission is also charged per person during shows.
• Members who do not exhibit or sell during a show pay daily admission fees.
• No sewer connections are provided
  No camper parking in the parking lot which is for day car parking only.
• Visitors must park in the parking lot and enter through the public admission gate to visit you.

Food Vendors:

note: food vendors must be pre-approved by the club. If you wish to be considered for an opening in 2008/09, mail your resume describing your food products with pictures to the club to be kept on file. Only mail applications are accepted.

Show Rules for Campers:

1. Clean up after your pet
2. Camp only in area designated by Vendor Gate Manager
3. No camping in roadways or blocking a building
4. No permanent structures in camp area
5. All camp sites first come, first served
6. NO roping off or saving sites for others
7. Electric 10 amps first come first served. NO cords across roads, water, or hazardous conditions
8. NO dumping black or gray water. Pumping service available all show days. Ask at Info Booth.
9. Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM
10. Vendor Gate open 7AM to 7PM
11. Only immediate family of show participants admitted through Vendor Gate (wife, husband, minor children under 18)
12. All others come through public admission gate and pay fee
13. Remove camper and all belongings once show is over (no storage provided)
